About My Entry to This World 

	I am here on single entry visa. Port of entry was Satara(100km south of
Pune),INDIA. My full name is Nilesh Neelaratna Mankikar.

	My mother is from Satara while father is from pune.


 About My Childhood and Studies 

	Though I was born in Satara , I have spent all my childhood and done
all my studies in Pune. following are the places where i studied
		Navin Marathi School (Shaniwar Peth)(till 4th) (1983 i suppose)
		Nutan Marathi Vidyalaya (NMV High School) (10th std, 1989)
   		SP College (11th and 12th Science) (1991)
   		PICT (BE(computer))(1995)

 What I am doing currently? 


	I passed my BE(computer) in 1995 and joined Wipro Infotech in August
1995 as Software Enginner in Global R&D. This is my first job ,through
campus interview. Its end of the millenium and I am still with Wipro :)
	I work in bangalore but currently on assignment I am in Chicago.
	I worked on Unix,NT(one project only) and langauges like C/C++, perl,
python, tcl/tk, shell scripts.
I was involved in CORBA implementation on NT. Then moved to Lucent group
to work on projects with Lucent. I worked on some web development for
Node provisioning screens for Network management system.Then worked on
reverse engineering tool Discover and making Lucent's 5ESS source code
ANSI compliant.
	Currently working on Lucent's Wireless Switch - AUTOPLEX system.
Work involves developing FAST features for the switch.
